Our League
The Georgetown Youth Girls Softball Association (GYGSA) is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit and community-driven organization proudly serving Georgetown, Texas for more than 20 years. Located at VFW Park, our league exists to create a safe, supportive, and competitive environment where girls ages 4–14 can learn the game, build confidence, and develop skills that extend far beyond the field.
We are committed to growing young athletes into strong teammates, resilient competitors, and respectful leaders. From first-time tee ball players to seasoned competitors, every athlete is given the opportunity to improve fundamentals, learn sportsmanship, and experience the joy of hard-earned progress.
As a non-profit organization, we are powered by families, volunteers, coaches, and sponsors who believe in investing in girls’ athletics and in our community. We work to keep our league accessible to all families and offer financial assistance opportunities so that every girl who wants to play has the chance to step onto the field.
GYGSA is more than a league — it’s a place where friendships form under the lights, confidence grows inning by inning, and character is built through effort and teamwork.
We are committed to the game and to Georgetown — because after all, “Ain’t nothing soft about the game!”
